The main character of project driven work is the view of a defined timeline with an end. At the beginning of a project, every stakeholder has to know, that the project has an end. Working in this structure is for many people a challenge. This module helps to find structures within projects and gives a brief view on methods and techniques to manage projects, but also shows risks and chances to be part of a changing environment.
